Minnetonka Thunderbird or Beaded Moccasins are available in 7 colors. Are crafted from deerskin, smooth and suede leather and come with crepe, rubber or soft sole. Soft sole, that bare foot feeling, simply means no sole at all. The leather you see on top of the moccasin simply wraps around the bottom of the shoe to form the sole. Boat sole, the most durable sole, is fashioned from flexible rubber, is sewn on and will grip wet surfaces better then others soles. Crepe sole, is a thin layer of very light rubber. Wedge style. Attached with glue yet very durable.
