Same Day Ship

We strive to ship all orders received prior to 3 P.M. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, the same day as the order is received. Our success rate usually runs about 90%. If for any reason we can not ship "Same Day" we will e-mail the address submitted with exact shipping details.

Hi, I'm Ron Seguin, owner and creator of Moccasins-by-Internet. I am a retailer, not an internet guru or techi.

My wife Diana and I started selling Minnetonka Moccasins in the early 1970s in one of our family owned businesses, a retail Wisconsin Cheese Store and Gift Shop.

We were both born, raised, and still live in Marinette, Wisconsin. Marinette is located about 50 miles north of Green Bay (Go Packers!) on the Wisconsin and Michigan border.

I am 61 years old. I've worked in the family business since I was 14. Gosh, that's a lot of years. 19 of those years I worked side by side with a very wise man, my father, the late Russell Joseph Seguin.

During those years he taught me many things, one of which I feel is most important:

"When you're in business for the long run, you must build a relationship with your customer. You don't sell a product, you sell yourself. You must treat people exactly the way you would want to be treated."

Here at Moccasins-by-Internet, we strive to build such relationships. Quality products, great prices, fast delivery, helpful customer service, and a 90 day return policy is our benchmark. We try to treat you and your order exactly the way we would like to be treated.
